Overview

AYJ Solutions respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit or interact with our website, communicate with us, or request information about our professional services.

This Policy applies to information collected through the AYJ Solutions website and related online communications that link to this Policy. It does not govern information handled under a separate customer, subcontractor, employment, nondisclosure, government, or other written agreement. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business or organization, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, the contents of your message, project or procurement information, proposal or teaming inquiries, resume or employment information, and any attachments or other information you submit through a form, email, telephone call, or other communication.

Please do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, protected health information, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email unless AYJ Solutions has expressly authorized a secure method for that submission.

Information collected automatically: when you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, and interactions with website features, collected through server logs, cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

Information from other sources: we may receive business contact or professional information from referral sources, teaming partners, public procurement systems, industry directories, event organizers, publicly available sources, and service providers, and may combine it with information we already maintain, consistent with applicable law.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website; respond to questions, requests for information, capability inquiries, teaming inquiries, and service requests; evaluate potential customers, vendors, subcontractors, employees, or business partners; prepare proposals, estimates, statements of work, or other requested materials; communicate about our services and business activities; administer records and business relationships; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, cybersecurity incidents, and other harmful activity; comply with contractual, legal, regulatory, audit, records-management, and government requirements; enforce our rights and agreements; and accomplish other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use essential cookies that support security and basic functionality, as well as analytics or performance technologies that help us understand how visitors use the site. If advertising, social-media, chat, video, mapping, or other embedded tools are added, those providers may place or read their own technologies subject to their policies.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings and, if available on the website, through a cookie-preference tool. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. Where required, we will request consent before using nonessential cookies. AYJ Solutions will honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when applicable to our practices and obligations.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to hosting, cloud, analytics, cybersecurity, communications, professional-adviser, records-management, and other vendors that perform services for us; to affiliates, teaming partners, subcontractors, suppliers, or prospective transaction partners when reasonably necessary for a request, opportunity, or business relationship; to government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, auditors, or other parties when required or permitted by law, contract, subpoena, process, or applicable government requirement; and to protect the rights, safety, property, systems, or interests of AYJ Solutions, our customers, website users, or others.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you. AYJ Solutions does not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that constitutes a sale or sharing under applicable state law, we will provide any required notice and opt-out mechanism.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business and proposal records, manage relationships, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, the context in which it was collected, applicable limitation periods, government records requirements, and whether deletion is technically and legally feasible. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for a longer period.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when transmitting information and for notifying us promptly if you believe your interaction with AYJ Solutions has been compromised.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may ask us to update your business contact information, stop non-transactional marketing communications, or address a privacy question by using the contact information below. Marketing emails, if used, will include an unsubscribe method. We may still send non-promotional communications relating to an existing inquiry, transaction, contract, security matter, or legal obligation.

Depending on your state of residence and whether a particular law applies to AYJ Solutions, you may have rights to request access to, confirmation of, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; to appeal a denied request; and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right. These rights are subject to definitions, exceptions, verification requirements, and applicability thresholds under the relevant law.

To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 13 and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification with the consumer. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. California Notice

If California privacy law applies to AYJ Solutions and your information, the categories described in Section 1 may correspond to identifiers, Internet or electronic-network activity, professional or employment-related information, commercial information, approximate geolocation, and inferences. We collect these categories from you, your device, service providers, public sources, and business or referral sources; use them for the purposes in Section 2; and disclose them to the categories of recipients in Section 4. AYJ Solutions does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under California law unless separately disclosed.

9. Children's Privacy

The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can evaluate and take appropriate action.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may contain links to websites or services operated by government agencies, customers, partners, social networks, or other third parties. AYJ Solutions does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content of those third-party properties. Review their policies before providing information.

If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, AYJ Solutions will use an appropriate legal mechanism for covered international data transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy
